Surrounding the property are beautiful trees, water features, waterfalls, and even a koi pond with bridges that provide an up-close view.

The interior of the theatre is just as impressive as its breathtaking exterior, featuring natural building materials along with some of the most advanced lighting, stage, and effects ever seen up to that point in time.

Until his passing, Andy’s Theatre showcased some of his $30+ million art collection which featured works from Andy Warhol along with some of the most recognized artists of all time.
