The Terms of Sale and Refund policies apply to purchases (“Vouchers”) for activities, shows, attractions, and experiences made by The Travel Office and The Travel Office’s partners (“Merchants”), booking and scheduling various activities, shows, attractions, and experiences.
Vouchers can be applied only to the specific activity purchased.
Limit one (1) Voucher per redemption. Only one Voucher can be used per order unless otherwise specified by the Merchant for your purchase or The Travel Office.
Vouchers have no cash value. If a Voucher is used for items of lesser value, cash will not be refunded by The Travel Office. Merchant refunds are at the applicable Merchant’s sole discretion.
If you redeem a Voucher for less than its face value through a Merchant, you will not be entitled to a credit, cash or a new Voucher equal to the difference between the face value and the amount you redeemed, unless otherwise required by law or in exchange for another item or activity offered by The Travel Office. You will only be entitled to a continuing redemption value as noted above if the amount that you paid for a Voucher exceeds the amount you redeemed.
Vouchers cannot be combined with any other vouchers, third party certificates, coupons, or promotions, unless otherwise specified by applicable Merchant or The Travel Office.
Neither The Travel Office nor the Merchants it works with are responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers or Voucher reference numbers.
Except as explicitly stated otherwise on an attraction, show, or activity’s page, if you change your mind about your experience purchase, just contact us within ten (10) days and The Travel Office will refund the amount paid for any unredeemed Voucher to the original form of payment, less 10% for processing and credit card fees. Thereafter, your purchase will be final and The Travel Office will not grant any refunds unless otherwise stated.

We want to ensure that every guest has an exceptional and remarkable experience with The Travel Office. If you redeem your purchase through The Travel Office and feel that the activity was not as described on our website, let us know, and we will do our best to make it right.
Merchant Out of Business
In the unlikely event that a Merchant goes out of business prior to the expiration date of the voucher you have purchased, we will either issue a credit toward your account with The Travel Office or issue a full refund for the item(s) purchased.
The expiration date of your voucher is valid for one year from purchase, or the event date if it is a reserved event with a specific date and time. Once your voucher reaches the expiration date, it loses its value and The Travel Office will not be able to issue a refund. However, the Merchant is responsible for permitting you to redeem the voucher for at least the amount paid, even after the promotional value has expired, unless it is a dated event.
What does that mean?
Vouchers have two separate values: (a) the “amount paid” and (b) the promotional value. The “promotional value” is the additional value beyond the amount paid. For example, if you pay $20 for a voucher that entitles you to $50 of services from a Merchant, the amount paid is $20 (this amount does not expire until it is used or is refunded), and the promotional value is $30 (this amount expires on the date stated on the voucher unless expiration of the promotional value is prohibited by law).
Date-Specific Offers, Events, & Attractions
No full or partial refunds are given to customers who fail to redeem a date-specific experience on the date(s) specified on the Voucher. If for some reason the Date-Specific experience is canceled or rescheduled by The Travel Office or the Merchant, The Travel Office will send you an email notifying you of such cancellation or rescheduling. If the Date-Specific event or activity is rescheduled, the email to you will include the new date for the Date-Specific experience. If you cannot make the new date for the Date-Specific experience, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid upon request. If, however, the Date-Specific experience is cancelled and will not be rescheduled, The Travel Office will refund you the amount paid.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes to Bookings
This section explains The Travel Office’s refund, cancellation, and related policies related to booking and scheduling activities, adventures and experiences through The Travel Office.
No refunds will be provided after the occurrence of a scheduled Experience, whether or not the the purchaser or end-user actually participated in the trip, except as provided in The Travel Office’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee described in the Voucher Purchases section above.
Cancellations of an Experience made 72 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the Experience, as listed in User’s e-mail confirmation, will be refunded less 10% by The Travel Office. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of commencement of the Experience, except as expressly provided otherwise herein.
All changes to the date or time of a scheduled show, attraction, activity, or experience are subject to the Merchant’s availability. Up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of User’s Experience and subject to availability, User may change the date or time of the Experience at no charge. If there is no availability, the User may still have the right to cancel and receive a refund under this section. Within 72 hours of the scheduled commencement of Merchant’s Experience, User may change the time or date of its Experience under certain circumstances and subject to availability, but additional change fees may apply. By changing the time or date of User’s Experience within 72 hours of its scheduled commencement, User relinquishes any right to a refund under this section.
User is responsible for paying any governmental or state taxes imposed on its use of the Service(s) provided by The Travel Office or the Merchant, including, but not limited to, sales, use or value-added taxes. To the extent Company is obligated to collect such taxes, the applicable tax will be added to User’s billing account.
USER AGREES TO SUBMIT ANY DISPUTES REGARDING ANY CHARGE TO USER’S ACCOUNT IN WRITING TO COMPANY WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF SUCH CHARGE, OTHERWISE SUCH DISPUTE WILL BE WAIVED AND SUCH CHARGE WILL BE FINAL AND NOT SUBJECT TO CHALLENGE. USER ALSO AGREES TO ATTEMPT IN GOOD FAITH TO RESOLVE ANY SUCH DISPUTE DIRECTLY WITH COMPANY PRIOR TO RESORTING TO ANY ALTERNATE REMEDY OR DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ISSUING A CHARGEBACK REQUEST TO USER’S PAYMENT PROVIDER.

These Terms of Sale and Refund are void to the extent prohibited by law. These terms may change from time to time and and any such modifications will become effective once they are posted to this Site.
