55+ Years of Hosting Visitors!
One of the longest-running and most extensive fish-breeding and raising facilities of its king anywhere in the country, the fish hatchery provides education, insight, and entertainment for the millions of people who visit the area each year.
The property sits along the water’s edge of Lake Taneycomo at the base of Table Rock Dam, providing guests with spectacular views of the two most popular lakes in the Tri-Lakes area (Lake Taneycomo and Table Rock Lake).
World-Famous Trout-Breeding Program
Each year more than one million trout are bred and raised in the holding pools at the hatchery, after which they are released into the cold waters of Lake Taneycomo.
