From July 15-30, 2017 – Silver Dollar City is giving guests a one-of-a-kind, nighttime experience as with extended operating hours from 9:30 am until 10:00 pm!
This special two-week event not only offers families even more time at the the theme park, but an entirely new and exciting way to visit Branson’s most popular attraction!
40+ Rides & Roller Coasters Open Late!
The fun continues into the evening as Silver Dollar City’s extended hours give visitors even more time to ride and experience their favorite rides, roller coasters, and attractions!
More than 40+ rides and attractions will continue to operate into the night – including some of the park’s most popular roller coasters: PowderKeg, WildFire, and the new wooden roller coaster… Outlaw Run!
Also operating with extended hours are many other rides and attractions, including the popular Grand Exposition and the newer Fireman’s Landing areas.
With the later hours, this gives visitors plenty of time to experience everything that Silver Dollar City has to offer!
Award-Winning Music Shows!
LIVE Show at Echo Hollow each Night at 8:00 pm!
In addition to the rides and attractions, special shows and events have been scheduled for the two weeks of Moonlight Madness!
Admission to the shows is completely free with your tickets to the park, and this year’s line-up of shows offer some of the best LIVE entertainment to be seen in Branson!
The award-winning, 5-person, vocal group Rockapella (who performed to a full audience in 2016 at Andy Williams’ theater) will be performing at the Riverfront Playhouse – performing their incredible acapella act for visitors.
The fun continues at Echo Hollow Amphitheatre at 8:00 pm each evening as the hit music show “Hits From The Hollow” presents an amazing line-up of talented musicians, singers, and dancers!
Hosted by your MC and hilarious comedian Dan Embree, the show runs a little over an hour and includes: vocal groups The Heartbeats and The Harmonics, the incredible Echo Hollow Band, Christian music artist Allen Asbury, and a special fireworks finale that only happens during Moonlight Madness!
Moonlight Madness Street Dance Each Night!
DJ Dizzie Ramsey hosts a street dance each night at 9:15 pm!
Each night at 9:15 pm in the Town Square at Silver Dollar City, Harlem Globetrotter DJ Dizzie Ramsey will be laying down the beats for music, dancing, and fun each night of the special festivities!
It’s fun for all ages and may include The Macarena, Chicken Dance, or some other fun and surprises!
As long as the weather cooperates, it’s a fun way to wind down the evening after a fun time riding the rides, visiting the attractions, and taking in the delicious food and wonderful shopping at the park!
Character Meet-and-Greets!
Meet Some of Your Favorite Characters at Silver Dollar City this summer!
Thursday through Saturday through the two weeks of events and specials, the park will host some of your favorite cartoon characters to meet, greet, and get some great photos!
The line-up of characters scheduled includes:
- July 13-15 – Yogi Bear & Boo Boo
- July 20-22 – The Flintstones
- July 27-29 – Scooby Doo & Shaggy
2 Nights of MIDNIGHT Madness!
On July 22 and 29, 2017 – Silver Dollar City extends its operating hours even further as the park will be staying open until midnight!
