Shepherd of the Hills’ Smokin’ Summer Kickoff!

Get your tickets to the hottest event of the year as the Shepherd of the Hills Homestead & Adventure Park presents its first-ever Smokin’ Summer Kickoff!

This two-day event is a partnership between the famous, historic homestead and the Kansas City Barbecue Society – featuring food, fun, fireworks, and an incredible Friday night concert!

The Smokin’ Summmer Kickoff debuts with two days of fun, and some of the best country music and BBQ!

Chris Janson & RaeLynn LIVE in Concert!

In 2010, Chris Janson climbed to the top of the charts with his hit single “Buy Me a Boat,” which shot him to country stardom and has been viewed tens of millions of times on social media.

His follow-up songs like “Fix a Drink,” “Drunk Girl,” “Everybody,” and “Holdin’ Her” would also go on to rack up the views and climb the country music charts.

At this appearance in Branson, guests will have the chance to see Chris perform some of his biggest hits LIVE on stage!

Joining in the country music concert is TV star and chart-topping country artist RaeLynn!

RaeLynn’s appearance on The Voice would propel her into the spotlight, with Blake Shelton assisting with her performances.

Since appearing on the popular TV show, RaeLynn has gone on to tour or perform alongside some of the biggest names in country music, including: Luke Bryan, Sara Evans, Miranda Lambert, and Blake Shelton!

Her debut album WildHorse would reach Number One on the country music charts, with her songs running up the charts with hits like “Boyfriend,” “God Made Girls,” “Love Triangle,” and more!

This is a rare chance to see two of country’s newest popular artists joining the stage together for a LIVE concert on Friday, May 25, 2018 at 7:00 pm!

Fireworks, Boat & RV Show, and More!

In addition to the special concert slated for Friday night, the festival will feature plenty of things for visitors to see and do.

On the festival grounds, there will also be: a Fireworks show, a boat and RV show, a kids’ zone, BBQ cook-off, special Saturday night showing of the Shepherd of the Hills, and some of the best music and food anywhere!

World-Class BBQ!

Orchestrated (and in partnership) with the Kansas City Barbecue Society, the event will also give guests that chance to sample some of the world’s best barbecue!

Taking place on-site is the barbecue cook-off – with more than 50 teams from around the country making their way to Branson to compete for the People’s Choice Award for “Best BBQ” and for a $15,000 prize!

Special Showing of Shepherd of the Hills!

No event at the famous, historic Branson homestead would be complete without the chance to see the legendary outdoor drama… The Shepherd of the Hills!

At dusk on Saturday, all festival attendees can witness this dramatic production take place in the special, custom-built outdoor amphitheatre!

Adventure Park Attractions Open Too!

If everything happening during the festival wasn’t enough, visitors also have the opportunity to experience the fun attractions offered at the new Shepherd of the Hills Adventure Park!

ATV rides, the Inspiration Tower, and more will all be open for guests who want to experience everything there is to see and do during the festival!
