See Branson’s Famous Christmas Shows!

One of only two months to see the Christmas shows in Branson, December is the perfect time to celebrate the holiday season by making a trip to the “LIVE Entertainment Capital!”

Since it is the height of the holiday show season and many visitors, groups, and motorcoaches travel to the Ozarks during this time of year – the area is very busy and advance reservations for shows and lodging is highly recommended.

The first half of the month is quite busy, with the shows in full swing and visitors taking in the holiday sights, Christmas lights, shopping, and events that are happening throughout town.

Toward the end of the month many shows wrap up the season (some as early as the first week of December), so be sure to check show schedules and dates to ensure the shows you want to see will be performing during the time you’re here.

Christmas Light Displays & Ozark Mountain Christmas!

This time of year is famous in the Midwest and is known as “Ozark Mountain Christmas,” a season of its own that celebrates the area’s rich, culture and history and one of the most decorated cities you may ever visit!

The area hosts several Christmas light displays, the famous Silver Dollar City theme park is decorated for the season, and the holiday shows are some of the best you will see anywhere.

New Year’s Eve Shows & Celebrations!

Toward the end of the month, the area draws people from around the country to celebrate New Year’s Eve in style with one of the LIVE shows (many which feature special performances, hors d’oeuvres, and even a ball drop or celebration of ringing in the new year).
